Bio: My name is Leyla Battista. I am graduating this May from Auburn University in Biosystems Engineering. I was appointed the Student Delegate for my university in the Consortium for Advanced Bioeconomy Leadership Education (CABLE) Program.
Title: Advancing the Understanding of the Renewable Fuels Standard
Description: The presentation is being presented by Leyla Battista on behalf of the Public Policy working group within the Consortium for Advanced Bioeconomy Leadership & Education program. The team’s objective was to examine the Renewable Fuels Standard and develop a set of objective graphical resources for a variety of audiences. Additionally, the team aimed to better understand the methods by which to effectively convey policy information and research findings to young audiences.
