Interested in new opportunities and developments in foam technology? Want to meet key players in the Ohio supply chain — everything from concept generation to bench research, scale-up, problem-solving, and manufacturing? Then mark your planner and connect with the registration site for the next Emerging Technology Forum sponsored by PolymerOhio. Speakers will represent such market leaders as Green Insulation Technologies, Battelle, Webcore, Cornerstone Research Group, GrafTech, and The Ohio State University. Their topics will be timely and the discussion promises to be lively. Registration begins at 10 a.m., with two speakers before lunch. Four afternoon presentations will be followed by a group discussion facilitated by PolymerOhio CEO, Wayne Earley, and the day closes with a networking reception (hors d’oeuvres and cash bar) from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. The Foam ETF will be held at the Doubletree Guest Suites Columbus, 50 South Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Mention the "PolymerOhio Event" to get a special room rate. This Foam ETF will be held in conjunction with the 2009 Legislative Luncheon, which will be held on Tuesday, June 2. Together, these events give Ohio companies an opportunity to hear about some of the latest technology and meet their state representative and senators and network with other Ohio companies. Companies that are members of the PolymerOhio Network can register for $80 per person. Non-member, early registration (until May 18) is $100. For more information about PolymerOhio and why your company should become a member, go to polymerohio.org . PolymerOhio, Inc. is a polymer industry-specific Ohio Edison Technology Center, which is funded by the Ohio Department of Development.
